What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Let us know within 7 days if you have a issue with your cup!
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will include Wraps, Solution Mix, and Add Ins
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Cups require a degassing period to insure you have the best possible cup. Delivery times vary depending on your location, 3 day Shipping always used
Do I offer discount codes?
Discount codes are given out with loyalty rewards and one given for a video review of your cup!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of items in your order. We will both pay the same for shipping :)
